A large percentage of the population in our society would say that they feel stressed. With the pressures of everyday life it is easy to feel stressed which can take it’s toll on the mind and body. Some may lose sleep through stress and others may feel tension. People can suffer headaches brought on by tension, some simply don’t function as they normally would. A major reason for stress would be the hectic lifestyles of people. Working long days, meeting deadlines, or simply other people’s expectations can add to this stress and have a negative impact on someone’s health.
